The Biōm Collection

Cleaning that doesn't stop when you do.

Two formulas. One philosophy. BioFlōr™ for the floors you walk on. BioSurf™ for everything you touch. Both built on the same Bacillus-powered microbial system — engineered for the spaces that never stop being lived in.

24h
of continued action

The wipe stops. The biology doesn't.

Traditional cleaners stop working the moment the surface dries. Bacillus microbes don't. As long as moisture and organic matter are present, they keep producing the enzymes that break down the proteins, starches, fats, oils, and grease left behind.

BioFlōr™ keeps digesting deep in grout lines, sealed concrete, and porous flooring. BioSurf™ keeps working in the seams of counters, sink edges, and the corners no cloth reaches. Same biology. Different terrain.

— Traditional Cleaners vs. Biōm

Most cleaners remove what you can see. We developed for what you can't.

Traditional Cleaners

What most products actually do.

  • Surface-level action only
  • Mask odors temporarily
  • Require frequent reapplication
  • Can leave chemical residue on counters, floors, and fixtures
  • Limited performance on porous and high-touch areas
Biōm™ · Bacillus-Based

What biology does differently.

  • Penetrating microbial action across floors and surfaces
  • Targets and breaks down odors at the source
  • Continues working after application
  • Low-chemical, bio-based formulation
  • Performs on grout, tile, concrete, sealed counters, sinks & fixtures
— How It Works

How Bacillus-powered cleaning actually works.

Bacillus microbes are naturally occurring, spore-forming bacteria. When they encounter moisture and organic matter, they activate — producing the targeted enzymes that break down the residues conventional cleaners leave behind. Here's what happens on the surface, whether it's a kitchen floor or a kitchen counter.

01

Penetrate

Bacillus spores reach into porous and textured areas — grout, sealed concrete, counter seams, sink edges — where organic residue collects over time.

02

Activate

Moisture and organic matter trigger the spores. They germinate and begin producing the enzymes matched to the residues present.

03

Digest

Enzymes break down proteins, starches, fats, oils, and grease — reducing embedded soils into fragments small enough to rinse away.

04

Continue

Unlike conventional cleaners, the action doesn't stop at dry. As long as moisture and residue remain, Bacillus keeps working — on the floor, on the counter, on every surface it touched.

— Built different.

Designed for the spaces where clean is never finished.

Most home cleaning products are built for one room, one soil type, one use case. Biōm formulas are engineered with Bacillus-based microbial technology developed for commercial and municipal environments — the kind of facilities where a cleaner has to perform every hour of every day.

We scaled that performance down for homes. The chemistry is the same. The ecosystem downstream is the same. The standard doesn't change based on the square footage.

Commercial-grade biology, designed for residential reality.

— For people who

Mindful about what goes down the drain.

Every decision we make about a formula gets made in Cape Coral, Florida — where lift stations feed canals, canals feed estuaries, and estuaries feed the Gulf. What goes down our drains matters because we see where it ends up.

Biōm is designed for

Homes with pets or children
Commercial kitchens & restaurants
Gyms, offices, schools & facilities
Municipal & public buildings
High-traffic entryways & floors
Grout, tile, concrete & sealed surfaces

— Questions, Answered

The answers we'd want before buying it ourselves.

What's the difference between BioFlōr™ and BioSurf™? +
Same Bacillus-based microbial system, different terrain. BioFlōr™ is formulated for floors — sealed and unsealed, tile, grout, concrete, LVP, hardwood, and commercial flooring. BioSurf™ is formulated for the surfaces above the floor — counters, sinks, bathrooms, appliances, finished wood, and high-touch areas. Both are concentrates, both keep working after they dry, both are safe for the same households.
Does Biōm actually clean better than my current cleaner? +
On visible surface soil, a good conventional cleaner can look comparable. Where Biōm pulls ahead is on porous and high-touch areas — grout, sealed concrete, drain walls, counter seams, sink edges, entryways — where organic residue has built up over time. That's where Bacillus keeps digesting long after a traditional cleaner has dried and stopped.
Are they safe around pets and kids? +
Both BioFlōr™ and BioSurf™ are designed for homes with pets and children. They're fragrance-free, formulated without phosphates or persistent environmental contaminants, and use a bio-based surfactant system. As with any cleaning product, keep out of reach and allow surfaces to dry before reintroducing pets or kids.
Can I use Biōm with bleach or disinfectants? +
No. Bleach and quaternary ammonium ("quat") disinfectants deactivate the Bacillus cultures that give Biōm its performance. If your protocol includes a bleach or quat step, run Biōm separately — never in the same bucket, bottle, spray, or cloth. This is by design: Biōm is engineered to work with the microbial ecosystem, not against it.
What surfaces is BioFlōr™ safe for? +
Sealed and unsealed floors, tile, grout, concrete, luxury vinyl plank, and hardwood finished with a water-resistant sealant. Also developed for commercial environments including lift stations, food-service floors, and municipal facilities. Always spot-test on unfinished or delicate natural materials first.
What surfaces is BioSurf™ safe for? +
Sealed counters (quartz, granite, solid surface, laminate), sinks, stainless and porcelain fixtures, bathroom surfaces, tile backsplashes, appliances, and finished wood. Excellent for high-touch areas — switches, handles, doorknobs. Avoid undiluted use on unsealed natural stone like marble and travertine; spot-test on delicate finishes first.
How long does the cleaning action continue? +
Bacillus continues producing enzymes as long as moisture and organic matter are present. In typical residential use, that can mean continued microbial action for a day or more after application. In commercial and high-traffic settings — where new organic matter is constantly being introduced — the action can persist between applications.
Are they safe for septic systems and drains? +
Yes. Bacillus-based formulas are actively used in commercial lift stations and municipal wastewater pre-treatment because they support — rather than disrupt — the microbial processes that keep septic and sewer infrastructure functioning. Both BioFlōr™ and BioSurf™ are built on the same technology, scaled for residential and small-commercial use.
