Can I pick the same scent more than once?
Yes — select the same scent in more than one dropdown and you'll receive multiple bottles of it. Handy if you already have a clear favorite.
How many drops should I use?
Start with 2–3 drops on one ball per load and build from there. The scent is completely buildable — more drops for a stronger finish, fewer for something subtle.
Should I use a different ball for each scent?
You can — with three balls and three oils, dedicating one ball to each scent keeps them cleanly separated. Or simply let a ball dry out between scents if you'd rather rotate them.
How long do the wool balls last?
They're reusable for 1,000+ loads, so a set of three lasts for years of regular laundry. You buy them once instead of restocking dryer sheets.
How long does a bottle of oil last?
Each 15ml bottle lasts for many loads, since only a few drops are needed at a time. With three bottles, you'll be set for a long while.
Are these essential oils?
Four of our scents — Woodsage & Sea Salt, Florida Jasmine, Orange Blossom, and Crisp Linen — are terpene-based botanical fragrance oils. Pure Lemon is different: it's 100% pure lemon essential oil, a single real essential oil.
Can I use the oils anywhere else?
Yes — they also work in reed or electric diffusers, DIY candles, and homemade linen mists. They're home fragrance oils, so they're not for use on skin.
