Can I pick the same scent twice?
Yes — just select the same scent in both dropdowns and you'll receive two bottles of it. Handy if you already have a favorite.
How many drops should I use?
Start with 2–3 drops on one ball per load and build from there. The scent is completely buildable — more drops for a stronger finish, fewer for something subtle.
Can I use both scents at once?
You can, though we'd suggest trying them separately first so you know what each one smells like on its own. If you do blend, start with one drop of each.
How long do the wool balls last?
They're reusable for 1,000+ loads, so a set of three lasts for years of regular laundry. You buy them once instead of restocking dryer sheets.
How long does a bottle of oil last?
Each 15ml bottle lasts for many loads, since only a few drops are needed at a time. With two bottles, you'll be set for a long while.
Are these essential oils?
Four of our scents — Woodsage & Sea Salt, Florida Jasmine, Orange Blossom, and Crisp Linen — are terpene-based botanical fragrance oils. Pure Lemon is different: it's 100% pure lemon essential oil, a single real essential oil.
Can I use the oils anywhere else?
Yes — they also work in reed or electric diffusers, DIY candles, and homemade linen mists. They're home fragrance oils, so they're not for use on skin.
