Apply to damp skin

Best on clean, slightly damp skin post-shower — towel until just-dry, not fully dry, so the formula seals in ambient moisture.

Dispense a palmful

One to two pumps per limb, or a palmful for full-body. A little goes a long way — it spreads further than its weight suggests.

Massage in

Work from the feet upward and hands toward the heart in gentle circular motions until evenly absorbed.
