— Skincare Questions

The answers we'd want before applying it ourselves.

What does methylene blue do for skin? +
MB is a redox-active antioxidant. In cosmetic use, it helps neutralize free radicals, supports the look of firmness and elasticity, and promotes a calmer, more even-looking complexion over time. Best results come from consistent daily use as part of an existing routine.
Will it turn my skin blue? +
No. Our low-dose cosmetic formulations are designed to absorb clear. A faint tint in the formula itself is normal — that's the active ingredient. Allow a thin layer to absorb fully before dressing. Avoid contact with light-colored fabrics until the product has dried.
Can I use it during the day? +
Yes. Methylene blue is photo-stable, which sets it apart from many actives that have to be applied only at night. Apply to clean skin, let it absorb, and finish with SPF. Many of our customers use it morning and night.
Is it safe for sensitive skin? +
Many sensitive users do well with our formulas because the bases are simple and fragrance-conscious. That said, always patch test first — apply a small amount to your inner wrist or behind your ear and wait 24 hours before applying to your face. Introduce one product at a time when adding to your routine.
Can I layer with vitamin C, niacinamide, or peptides? +
Generally yes — methylene blue layers cleanly with most actives. Apply thinnest to thickest textures (serum → gel → cream) and observe how your skin responds. If you use strong exfoliants like AHAs/BHAs or retinoids, alternate nights or buffer with moisturizer to reduce sensitization.
Where is it made? +
Proudly made in the USA at our Cape Coral, Florida facility. Every formula uses USP-grade methylene blue and carefully chosen supporting ingredients — squalane, shea butter, aloe, sea minerals. WOSB-certified woman-owned biotech. Small-batch manufacturing.
How long until I see results? +
Skincare results are individual, but most users report visible changes in skin clarity, firmness, and overall tone within 4–6 weeks of consistent daily use. Methylene blue works gradually at the cellular level rather than as a quick-fix surface treatment — patience and consistency are the key.
