Crisp Linen — layered botanical fragrance
The Scent

Layered, luminous, clean.

Crisp Linen opens with the liveliness of airy aldehydes and white citrus — bright, weightless, and fresh — then settles into a delicate blend of rose, violet, sandalwood, and musk. The effect is the feeling of line-dried linen: clean, soft, and quietly elevated.

It's built from a terpene-based botanical fragrance — paraben- and phthalate-free, with nothing synthetic hiding behind the word "fragrance." Light in the wash, and designed to fade after drying rather than coat your fabric.

The Notes

How Crisp Linen unfolds.

Top — Airy Aldehydes & White Citrus

A bright, weightless opening — clean and luminous, like fresh air moving through laundry on the line.

Heart — Rose & Violet

A delicate floral middle that softens the citrus and gives the scent its rounded, comforting character.

Base — Sandalwood & Musk

A warm, smooth finish that grounds the blend — subtle, refined, and never heavy.

Light — Fades After Drying

Fabric comes out clean and subtly fresh, not coated in fragrance residue. Bright in the wash, gentle after.

The Cleaning Engine

A 6-enzyme blend. More than any natural detergent.

Same scent you choose, same powerhouse formula underneath. Six enzyme classes — each engineered for a specific category of stain.

6
Targeted Enzymes · Active in Every Wash
1

Protease

Blood · Sweat · Grass · Dairy

Breaks down protein-based stains at the molecular level — the body soils ordinary detergent leaves on collars and sheets.

2

Amylase

Starch · Food Residue · Baby Formula

Cuts starch into water-soluble fragments that rinse away — stopping invisible buildup that traps other residue over time.

3

Lipase

Cooking Oils · Butter · Grease

Breaks lipid bonds so fats rinse cleanly instead of building up wash after wash — the leading cause of dingy-looking clothes.

4

Mannanase

Guar Gum · Thickeners · Sauces

Targets the gums and thickeners in processed foods — the sticky residues that make fabric feel stiff and look dull.

5

Pectate-Lyase RARE

Fruit · Tomato · Berry · Wine

Breaks down pectin-based stains — fruit, tomato, berry, wine, baby food. Particularly effective in cold water, where most enzymes underperform.

6

Cellulase RARE

Plant Fiber · Pilling · Brightness

Targets plant fiber and vegetable residue while smoothing pilling and restoring brightness — without optical brighteners or synthetic additives.

Most detergents use 1–2 enzymes. One enzyme can't clean everything your laundry actually contains.

Soft laundered fabric against skin — detergent held to a skincare standard
16
hours a day, against your skin

Your clothes touch your skin all day. Every day.

The residue from your laundry detergent stays on fabric after washing — and stays in contact with your skin the whole time you're wearing it. Synthetic fragrance. Optical brighteners. Surfactant residue.

That's not a laundry decision. That's a skin decision.

It's why we hold our detergent to the same standard as skincare.

Questions

Laundry questions, answered.

Is the Crisp Linen scent synthetic fragrance?
No. Crisp Linen is scented with a terpene-based botanical fragrance — paraben-free and phthalate-free, with no synthetic fragrance carriers. The scent is light and fades after drying. What you smell is exactly what's listed on the label.
Does Crisp Linen work in hard water?
Yes. The formula includes sodium gluconate, a natural hard-water chelator from glucose fermentation. It binds calcium and magnesium ions before they leave mineral residue on fabric. Standard dosing works in hard water — no need to use more detergent.
Will the scent stay on my clothes?
The scent is intentionally light and fades after drying, leaving fabric subtly fresh rather than heavily perfumed. If you prefer a strong lasting fragrance, Crisp Linen isn't the right choice — it's designed for clean freshness without fragrance buildup on skin.
How much should I use per load?
1 tablespoon for regular loads, 2 tablespoons for large or heavily soiled loads. With the hard-water formula, standard dosing works in hard water too — no need to increase.
Is this safe for sensitive skin?
It's formulated without synthetic fragrance, optical brighteners, SLS, or microplastics, and designed to rinse clean without leaving residue. If you have highly reactive skin or fragrance sensitivity, our Unscented formula is the better choice.
Does Crisp Linen contain SLS?
No. Crisp Linen contains no SLS, no SLES, and no harsh synthetic surfactants. Cleaning action comes from our 6-enzyme blend, mineral boosters, and plant-derived biodegradable surfactants that clean without the residue of conventional surfactant formulas.
Can I use this in HE washing machines?
Yes — compatible with all HE and standard machines, top load and front load. The concentrated powder produces minimal foam, ideal for low-water HE machines. Use 1–2 tablespoons.

Love this detergent!

"I tried the smallest size first since this was my first natural detergent. I really liked the way it cleaned my clothes (without all the chemicals and plastics) and left a light scent, My next purchase was the largest size."

Wonderful

"I recently switched to a natural laundry detergent, and I couldn;t be happier with the results. This detergent is not only eco-friendly but also works wonders on my clothes. The scent is subtle and refreshing without being overpowering, and it leaves my laundry feeling soft and clean. I love that it's made from clean and natural ingredients, making it gentle on both my skin and the environment. My skin sensitive husband even approves! Even though it's free from harsh chemicals, it still tackles tough stains and odors effectively. I was pleasantly surprised by how well it worked on my workout gear and everyday clothes. Plus, it's free of artificial dyes and fragrances, which is a huge plus for anyone with sensitive skin or allergies. Overall, I'm thrilled with the performance and the peace of mind that comes from using a natural product. It's definitely become a staple in my laundry routine, and I'll be sticking with it for the long haul!"
