Do I need the oils, or can I use the balls alone?
The wool balls work on their own — they soften fabric and help cut drying time without any oil. The oils are for when you want scent. Many people start with the balls and add a scent later.
How many drops should I use?
Start with 2–3 drops on one ball per load and build from there. The scent is completely buildable — more drops for a stronger finish, fewer for something subtle.
How long do the wool balls last?
They're reusable for 1,000+ loads, so a set of three lasts for years of regular laundry. You buy them once instead of restocking sheets.
Can I switch between scents?
Yes. Add whichever oil you're in the mood for. If you want to keep scents separate, you can dedicate a ball to each — or let one fully dry out between changes.
Will the scent be as strong as dryer sheets?
It's intentionally lighter and cleaner — fresh rather than a heavy perfume that lingers for days. If you want more, simply add more drops. You control it, not the box.
Are the balls safe for all fabrics?
Wool dryer balls are gentle and work with everyday loads — towels, sheets, everyday clothes. For delicates or anything with special care instructions, follow the garment label.
Are the oils essential oils?
